CBSE 12th Class Exam - 30 Minute Duration, Date will be released Soon!

NEW DELHI: The CBSE Class XII exams are expected to take 30 minutes instead of two and a half hours. Union Minister of Education Ramesh Pokhriala is likely to announce the date and time of the exam on June 1.

Prior to this, students were writing two and a half hours of exams. On the advice of education experts, the test period has been reduced to 30 minutes, all being said to be objective (multiple choice) questions.

The Union Ministry of Education has asked all states to submit their views on the exam in writing on May 25 At the Sunday meeting, most states suggested the CBSE Class X exam. 

Only Delhi, Maharashtra, Goa, Andaman and Nicobar have come forward with a proposal to pass the test without children. These states had requested students to be vaccinated before the test. Of the 32 states that have approved the short-term test, only Rajasthan, Tripura and Telangana have asked for the test to be in place.
